Wildflower in the Wind,
the shop of Pacific Northwest artist and designer, Samantha Corcoran.
With a nostalgic, upbeat vibe, Wildflower in the Wind offers vibrant hand illustrated goods to transform drab necessities into art.
Inspired by ephemera from the past, Samantha creates vintage style illustration with a modern twist and sees Wildflower in the Wind as an outlet for true creative expression.
Trained as a Graphic Artist at the Art Institute of Seattle she honed her skills as an in-house graphic designer for a little over two decades specializing in advertising design for nationally recognized brands and local clients.
Her work is published in the book 1000 Dog Portraits, a compilation of quirky, fun, fanatical illustrations and paintings and she has created several commissioned pieces for collectors in Seattle. In addition to participating in small local shows, she was the featured artist at Anthropologie’s downtown Seattle store, for a single and encore holiday show.
Today, she opens the doors of Wildflower in the Wind to provide uplifting, joyful artwork to add color to your life.
Come along and get lost in the wind!
